Race German is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping policies before placing your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days; however, some orders may require up to 7 business days to process before shipment.
Certain products may be shipped directly from a manufacturer or supplier. In these situations, processing and transit times may vary from the shipping method selected during checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping transit times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are based on business days only.
Shipping estimates do not include order processing, packaging, handling, weekends, or holidays.
Please allow additional time for order processing as well as carrier delays that may occur during peak seasons, severe weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Race German does not guarantee delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Shipping Carriers
Race German primarily ships using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other approved shipping providers.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, it is considered in transit and outside of Race German's control. Any shipping delays, delivery exceptions, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Customers may contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided via email after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered and the package is returned to Race German, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund may be issued less any shipping, handling, return shipping, and applicable processing fees.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other government-imposed charges.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by Race German.
If a customer refuses delivery, refuses to pay customs fees, or abandons a shipment, Race German reserves the right to withhold any refund associated with the order.
Orders shipped outside North America are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Restrictions on Liquid Products
At this time, Race German cannot ship liquid products outside of the United States.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Engine oil
- Differential fluid
- Transmission fluid
- Assembly lubricants
- Fuel additives
- Engine treatment products
- Cooling system additives
If an international order is placed containing restricted liquid products, those items will be removed and refunded prior to shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Race German is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to:
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Monitor tracking information closely.
- Retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
- Contact the carrier immediately if delivery issues arise.
Race German is unable to guarantee carrier performance and cannot refund or replace packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Policy Changes
Race German reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
