How do I return?

Enter your order number, email address, and description of what you want to return.

After Race German reviews your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and given a RMA number. Please include this number on the outside of your package.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Are there any charges to return a product?

There are no charges for return due to error on our behalf

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Before shipping your product back please make sure you package it up exactly how you received it. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition. Once the item is received it will be inspected and a credit will be issued accordingly. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the product and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If the product never makes it back to us then that is an issue between you and the shipping service you used.
