M50 Intake Manifold Conversion Kit

Converting to a m50 (OBD1) intake manifold has been a proven worthwhile upgrade. The M50 manifold has shorter longer runners than the OBD2 intake manifold which results in more horsepower and a higher top end. To accomplish this modification it can be quite tricky without the right setup. The billet machined manifold adaptor kit makes installing the higher flowing OBDI manifold onto your OBDII car a simple project. This kit takes the headaches out of the manifold swap and assures there will be no leaks and the OBDII oil separator system is kept intact.

Stainless throttle body spacer and stainless steel fuel rail brackets are included. All fasteners and sensor plug are made from stainless steel. The billet aluminum adapter is anodized blue to last a lifetime.

This manifold adapter allows you to locate and use the crankcase ventilation valve, idle control valve, and other related components at or near their original mounting location. The stock M52 manifold had these mounted with a central baseplate on the manifold and the M50 manifold lacks the proper ports and fittings for a direct swap.
