Kinematic Speed Premium E36 Roll Bar (Half Cage)

It has always been a struggle to find a good quality, good fitting roll bar for the BMW E36 chassis.  If you have been searching, and can't make up your mind, look no further.  We were one of the first ones to run this roll bar in our BMWs over 5 years ago, and still receive compliments on the fit and finish.  Kinematic Speed has perfected this roll bar over the years by 3D scanning the chassis, CAD designing, and building perfect jigs to duplicate this roll bar over and over.

• Fitment for E36 Coupes & Sedans with sunroof & headliner in place are available. (Please select your chassis when placing order)
• Roll bars are built to order, please allow 2wks for roll bars shipped in raw steel and 4wks for orders with powder coat.

Technical Details:

• Tubing CNC bent and coped per KinematicSpeed CAD design for the precision fitment.
• CNC Formed 3/16" thick baseplates contour to the unibody with mounting secured in the thicker portion of the sill for maximum strength.
• All primary tubes are 1.75 x .095 wall DOM tubing.
• Rear-X constructed from 1.5x.090 wall DOM tubing to save weight.
  
• Two piece construction for easier installation and UPS ground shipping to your door. CNC machined solid steel couplers join halves together while maintaining same tube OD throughout the joint for a clean finish.
• MIG welded with precision weld fixtures to ensure production consistency and accuracy.
• Includes CNC formed 1/8" backing plates with metric grade 10.9 flange head hex hardware with high grade nylock flange nuts. (no additional hardware required)
• Shipped in raw steel or powdercoated in one of many durable options of your choice (see drop down menu upon ordering).

Logistics:

Rollbars ship UPS ground to your residence or business with full UPS tracking and standard ground service (LTL freight not required).

Roll Bar is optimized for fitment within the E36 Coupe and Sedan platforms, roll bar does not fit convertible models. Please note due to shipping costs and coating color selected per order we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your roll bar has been built.
