Complete BMW M50 Manifold Swap Kit

One of the most popular modifications on the OBD2 M52 engines, is to M50 manifold swap it from an earlier OBD1 version.  The M50 manifold has shorter, wider runners to give you not only more horsepower but top end torque.  This is a must have modification for track cars. 

This M50 Plenum Adaptor kit is the easiest and least expensive way to install a high-flow M50 intake manifold on your S52/M52 engine. By incorporating the larger, higher-volume M50 manifold, you can expect a nice increase in upper-RPM performance with only a slight compromise in low-end power. Our BW M50 Plenum Adaptor Kit allows your engine to pull hard all the way to redline, making this kit ideal for high-performance driving.

Bimmerworld's kit includes all necessary hardware and instructions for a complete installation.

NOTE: While we provide a very thorough kit, this is an involved project, and mechanical experience is highly recommended - some minor tweaking of parts for your specific installation may be required.

Kit includes:

• Silicone oil separator/idle valve adapter boot with vacuum line*
• Fuel rail adaptor plates and hardware**
• Oil separator to valve cover hose
• Throttle body adapter and seal
• Oil dipstick bracket with hardware
• Vacuum line with T-fitting
• Plenum gasket set
• Hose clamps

*Kit does not include plenum, oil separator, or idle valve.

**Fuel rail adaptor plates can be used with 92-95 fuel rail cover (not included), or you can modify your existing fuel rail cover to allow fitment of the larger plenum runners.
