E8x Solid Drift Rear Subframe Bushings
Drifting your E9x or E8x BMW? You came to the right place. The solid drift spec rear subframe bushings from Revshift are the most hardcore bushings you can get besides going full aluminum. These bushings replace the OEM rubber bushings which can cause flex and fail. These bushings are not made from plastic, but 75D polyurethane. The advantage of using poly over a plastic, is poly bounces back if dented or damaged, which plastic will retain its shape. These bushings reduce wheel hop and improve the cars handling. The two piece bushing design sandwiches the subframe, make for not only a secure install, but easy to remove if needed.
Made in the USA
75D polyurethane has a comparable hardness to plastics such as Delrin and UHMW. Unlike plastic, polyurethane is an elastomer which means it will return to its original shape if deformed and it will not crack. We do not recommend plastics for automotive use due to their inherent brittleness and inability to return to their original shape when deformed. Only use high quality polyurethane parts like these.
