The factory BMW VANOS oil supply line is responsible for delivering pressurized engine oil to the VANOS system, making it a critical component for proper variable camshaft timing operation. With age, the original rubber hose can deteriorate, harden, leak, or become damaged around the crimped fittings. The Race German Upgraded VANOS Oil Supply Line replaces the aging factory rubber line with a motorsport-grade PTFE hose assembly designed for exceptional durability, temperature resistance, and long-term reliability.

Rather than using conventional rubber hose, our upgraded line is manufactured from high-quality Aeroquip smooth-bore PTFE racing hose with a stainless-steel braided exterior. PTFE hose offers excellent resistance to heat, oil, pressure, and environmental damage while providing significantly less volumetric expansion than traditional rubber hose.

With an operating temperature range of -100°F to +450°F (-73°C to 232°C), this hose is more than capable of handling the demanding environment of a BMW engine bay.

The hose is terminated with premium MOCAL USA banjo fittings, manufactured from high-quality steel with a protective plated finish. To complete the assembly, each kit includes two custom-machined, three-oval-hole banjo bolts manufactured from aerospace-grade 304 stainless steel. The multi-port design provides excellent oil flow to the VANOS system while the stainless construction offers exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.

Applicable crush washers are also included, giving you the hardware needed for installation.

This line replaces BMW part numbers 11361703464 and 11361705532 and is compatible with BMW M50TU, M52, S50, S52, M52TU, and M54 engines.

Conventional rubber hoses with textile reinforcement can expand under pressure and deteriorate over time.
