The Lap Record - Complete E30 Poly Bushing And Mount Kit

The Lap Record kit gives you everything you need to take control of the streets, or shave off seconds on your lap time.  The kit includes all the bushings and motor mounts you need for your entire E30.

Revshift polyurethane bushings completely replace the OEM rubber bushings on all E30 cars. These bushings stiffen the suspension improving the vehicles handling capabilities.

Offset control arm bushings came stock on the E30 M3 and 1995 M3. Non-M3 E30's and E36's benefit from these bushings because they increase the caster and improve the vehicle's handling and stability.

Hardness:

80A black: Slightly stiffer and stronger than OEM rubber. No additional NVH. Great choice as an upgraded stock replacement (OEM+).
95A green: Significantly stiffer and stronger than OEM rubber. Minor increase in NVH. Excellent for enthusiastically driven street cars and track cars.
70D TEAL: Drastically stiffer and stronger than OEM rubber. Moderate increase in NVH. Most commonly used on dedicated track cars.
