Our CAD designed oil pan baffle for the M54 and M52TU is designed for race applications to prevent oil starvation in high G turns. Each baffle is laser cut from .090" aircraft grade aluminum and is hand assembled to ensure the greatest fitment. The baffle design incorporates two trap doors to prevent oil from splashing out of the sump under heavy G corners or braking. This ensures the most oil is available and the oil pickup for your engine. As an added bonus, this is SPEC46 legal. Unlike competitors, our baffle is welded together to eliminate any oil from escaping, and make a stronger, longer lasting product.

Installation Tips: Professional welding is required for installation. Make sure the aluminum is completely clean and free from oil and solvents.
