Looking for even more clearance? The standard shorty hub comes in around 1.75" and features a 6 bolt pattern you would need to bolt your quick release or steering wheel to. By eliminating this, NRG, developed a race hub system where the quick release splines are machined right to the hub eliminating about an inch of material. A very slick system to give you even more room in the race car. The downside of all this? You will lose your turn signal reset, but if that is not a problem for you, this is our go to.
