The MMR Performance BMW Magnetic Diff Plug is a simple, cost effective upgrade that can dramatically increase your differential's lifespan. As the differential wears, tiny metallic particles become suspended in the oil - our magnetic diff plugs help to safely separate these nasty particles out of your lubricants.

There's no avoiding it - your differential wears a little each time you drive the car. So it becomes inevitable that tiny metallic particles become suspended in the oil. And of course, the harder your differential works, the greater the risk of this nasty metallic debris, meaning the greater the benefit of using a magnetic diff plug.

This diff plug has a large surface area of the magnetic end help to catch such particles, therefore cleansing your oil allowing it to more effectively lubricate, whilst minimizing further potential wear before it happens.
