The E46 front subframe is getting harder to find, and have issues with cracking, especially under hard driving, drifting, or racing applications.  Kinematic Speed decided to take this issue into their hands, by completely designing their own front subframe for the E46 chassis.  These are CAD designed and fabricated completely in house by them in the North Carolina. A completely plug and play solution, that is reinforced in all the right spots.

Note: These are not reinforced OEM subframes, but brand new machined subframes.

Our engineers went to work to create the ultimate bolt on subframe replacement for the E46 platform to alleviate the shortcomings of the light duty OEM subframe that has a tendency to crack, rust, and weaken with age. Starting from a high resolution 3D scan of the original subframe, we designed a high strength fabricated steel subframe that maintains factory mounting provisions for the unibody and factory control arms while stepping up the strength significantly. The Kinematic Speed Fabricated E46 Front Subframe maintains use of the factory under body brace and improves the steering rack installation process with captive hex nuts on the top of the steering rack mount so you don't have to bang your knuckles getting a wrench up there.
