Eventuri BMW E39 M5 / E52 Z8 (S62) Black Carbon Plenum Lid

Introducing Eventuri's S62 Carbon Fiber Plenum Lid. This masterpiece, made of 100% prepreg carbon fiber, seamlessly replaces the standard plastic version, amplifying the acoustic signature of the BMW S62 V8 engine. Though it doesn't boost performance, it does dramatically enhance the auditory thrill of driving the M5/Z8, adding a fresh dimension to the experience. The resulting sound profile boasts a deep, resonant tone at low RPMs that rises in pitch as you accelerate. At higher RPMs, the lid imparts an almost CSL-like sound to the E39 M5, creating an experience that's nothing short of intoxicating. We went through several iterations using different carbon thicknesses to fine tune the sound and the resulting plenum generates a significant increase in volume with a more melodious induction sound.

This plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any aftermarket intake system. Our own additional E39 M5 intake system provides a genuine performance gain and can be found HERE.

Confirm if your Plenum Lid is an aluminum alloy, or plastic cover prior to ordering. If you have an aluminum lid, additional parts may be required for installation.
