E36 Walbro 340 LPH Fuel Pump Kit

All Rally Road E36 fuel pump kits now include a custom-manufactured corrugated fuel hose, engineered specifically for a precise fit. One end is sized to match the BMW fuel pump housing, while the opposite end is sized to securely connect to the fuel pump outlet, ensuring a proper seal and reliable fuel delivery.

Each kit also includes Rally Road’s billet aluminum fuel pump sleeve, along with two stainless steel clamps designed to securely retain both the pump and carrier. A correctly angled fuel pump strainer is included to ensure optimal placement within the fuel tank sump. This complete solution allows for a straightforward installation and ensures the fuel pump sits at the proper height and angle, maintaining consistent fuel supply all the way until the tank is empty.

UL-approved, gas-safe nylon butt connectors are included for safe and reliable electrical connections.

Fuel Pump Options:

• HFP 340 LPH Fuel Pump
  The HFP 340 LPH pump is fully E85 compatible and backed by a lifetime warranty. In the event of a failure, customers are only responsible for shipping the pump to HFP after completing their required troubleshooting process.

• Walbro GSS350 Fuel Pump
  Rated at 350 liters per hour, the Walbro GSS350 is an OEM fuel pump used in applications such as the Dodge Viper and Chevrolet Corvette running E10 pump fuel. While not officially rated for full ethanol use, it can be used with E85 if precautions are taken. When running higher ethanol blends, we recommend avoiding long-term storage with E85 in the tank and switching back to E10 pump fuel when higher ethanol content is not required.

  While priced higher than the HFP option, the Aeromotive 340 LPH fuel pump has consistently supported builds exceeding 700 horsepower, making it an excellent choice for high-output applications.
