Cold air intakes are nothing new, and they have been in discussion f as long as I can remember.  There are a lot of options out there, but most of them use a cone air filter that sits in your engine bay ingesting hot air into your engine, which is not ideal.  We also realize that cold air intake systems can get very expensive, ranging from $250 to well over $1000 on some models. 

Because of this, we wanted to offer a universal, budget cold air intake that won't break the bank.  Our system uses a real carbon fiber cone air filter canister. By checking inlet air temperatures, we have seen drastic reductions in temperature. This kit comes with a large cushion clamp to go around the canister so you can easily mount it to various tabs or brackets in your engine bay.  We also include 10 feet of ducting in case you want to make a true ram air system to get the coldest temperatures possible.  Lastly, we include a silicone 3" or 3.5" coupler and a 3" to 2.5" reducer coupler to fit most applications. 

If you are looking for the best bang for your buck to reduce temperatures, increase horsepower and improve the looks of your engine bay, this is it. 

*Note: If you have a M20/M30/M42 engine, you will need to purchase the optional Bosch adapter plate to make this intake system work. 

**Note: Most BMW MAFs are 3".  Some BMWs, like 3.0 engines came with a 3.5". Please verify the size of your MAF before ordering.
