Probably one of the most neglected parts on your driveline. This clamping ring is threaded between both sections of your driveshaft. The ring features a plastic nylon insert that is most certainly disintegrated. We always recommend replacing this whenever replacing your center support bearing and giubo. A cheap part, but a must have.
