This switch is installed in the side of the radiator and controls when your auxiliary fan will come on for cooling. This is a common failure point on the BMW cooling system. Replace yours today with this high quality OE replacement. This switch does not include the copper crush washer (PN 32411093596). If you need a new one, please order as well.
Note: This is the OEM fan switch for Z3, and an upgrade for other BMWs since it switches on at 80 instead of 91 degrees.
Note: Please make sure you are ordering the correct part number. BMW used 3 different fan switches for the radiator application.
