A/C Solutions BMW M20/M30 Sanden Compressor Kit (E30, E28, E24, etc.)

Designed with originality in mind, this kit is used to fit the Sanden 508 compressor (SD5H14) to the M20, M21, M30, M90, S38, or M88 engine using the factory engine accessory mount. Featuring our professionally engineered compressor bracket, this kit comes complete with a new, genuine Sanden compressor, properly sized Gates V-belt, and the necessary mounting hardware for your BMW.

Fitment notes:

• For the E28, we recommend we recommend using "rear exit" configuration and our BMW E28 Sanden Conversion Line Set.
• For the E30 with a factory oil coolers, we recommend using "rear exit" configuration and our BMW E30 Sanden Conversion Line Set (w/ oil cooler).
• For the E30 without a factory oil coolers, we recommend using "standard" configuration and our BMW E30 Sanden Conversion Line Set (w/o oil cooler).
• For all other models, this kit will require modification of your existing A/C lines to fit the Sanden compressor as your OEM lines cannot be reused.
• The suction and discharge ports use SAE #10 and #8 fittings, respectively.
• All Sanden compressors come pre-filled with PAG-100 (SP-20) oil.
• Early model cars (typically pre-1985) will need the later engine accessory mount: 64521717007 (M20); 64521284953 (M30/S38).
