BMW must think so as well, because this ZHP shift knob which was introduced on the 330 ZHP E46, is still used today from the factory on modern M Cars. The ZHP knob is weighted compared to stock giving you a crisper, better feeling shift. This goes great the OEM BMW Z3 short shifter.
