We are proud to announce our first collaboration with TBM Brakes. We worked together to bring this exclusive E46 M3 brake kit to the market, to give customers a new option that won't break the bank. Built on over 30 years of racing heritage, TBM Brakes brings true motorsport engineering to the street with the all-new XS3 Series. This is TBM’s first purpose-built street performance brake system, designed as the perfect middle ground between their ultra-lightweight single-thickness steel racing brakes and the larger multi-piston street kits found on modern performance cars. The result? Incredible stopping power, lightweight construction, and big-brake performance that still clears smaller factory wheels.

The XS3 kit was engineered for enthusiasts who want uncompromised braking without being forced into large-diameter wheels. Through extensive testing, TBM confirmed this setup works with many factory 15" steel wheels as well as a wide variety of drag and aftermarket wheels.

XS3 Caliper – Motorsport DNA, Street-Ready Performance

The XS3 Extreme Street caliper is built using the same engineering principles as TBM’s championship-proven racing calipers. Its all-billet construction delivers superior rigidity, improved bridge strength, and consistent pedal feel. This added stiffness allows greater clamping force, translating to higher brake torque and shorter stopping distances. Available in multiple powdercoat finishes.

12.19" Vented & Slotted Rotor – Balanced, Lightweight, Efficient

Designed for both performance and practicality, this cast rotor offers the ideal mix of weight reduction, cooling capacity, and visual appeal. The 12.19" diameter allows compatibility with factory and aftermarket 15" wheels and larger, making it perfect for builds that don't want to upsize wheels. Dark zinc plating helps prevent rust pre- and post-installation.

Hawk HPS Pad Technology

The included HPS Ferro-Carbon pads provide strong bite and confident stopping performance—without the excessive noise or dust commonly associated with higher-friction compounds.

Billet TBM Brake Hats

Billet aluminum hats eliminate the heavy steel rotor center section and feature TBM’s stepped mounting design for fine-tuning axle offset and perfect alignment.

Brake Fluid Recommendation

TBM does not recommend silicone-based fluids for this system.
Use only DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5.1 brake fluid.

For best performance, use TBM Extreme 6 DOT 5.1 Fluid.

Pressure & Pedal Ratio Requirements

These brakes operate optimally at 600–800 psi under normal braking. Proper master cylinder sizing and pedal ratio are crucial for best performance.
